The product was perfect and very beautiful, but the order page kept adding a second identical pendant. I had to take off the 2nd one multiple times and placed my order when I was sure only 1 was on my order. But I ended up being charged for and shipped 2 identical pendants. But when I tried to return the second one I was told no returns.. very disappointed because the item was expensive. I did not request 2 or was their order for that added a second product. Won't use them again.

I purchased this for my granddaughter for graduation this year. My husband (her grandpa passed away before she graduated.I wrote a message for the back, when she received it it wasn't personalized. I was upset but she didn't want to return it to get it fixed she didn't want to part with it even to get it personalized. So we kept it. She really loves it. It is a beautiful necklace I just wish it came personalized like I wanted it to.

I ordered the Bee Heart locket, and it came with a photo of my husband inside. I am very pleased! I Love It!

DON’T buy! I will update if the seller agrees to fix or refund this. The state item is nonrefundable. I contacted them anyway bc when it arrived it was defective. The top wing won’t stay closed! So it dangles w 1 wing open from the chain - not a good look. So sad for so much $.

The stone was broken upon arrival. But the customer service was courteous and is sending me a replacement. My wife’s anniversary gift is still a win! And she loves it!
