Sitting in front of a computer every day is detrimental to my posture and I catch myself slouching forward more than I should. I have 3 different braces that I've bought over the last few years...some help better than others but aren't comfortable, some help some but cause my back to hurt...you see the problem.This brace is very comfortable and yet keeps me in the best posture as I work away. Finally I'm happy with a brace that works for me.One caveat: According to the chart provided on the listing, I fit the "Medium" size. For comparison: I'm a woman 5 feet 7 inches tall, weigh 135 pounds. However, I bought the "Large" size, based on my previous experiences and mistakes in ordering. Maybe this is why it's so comfortable for me: I'm not pulled too tight around the shoulders or under the arms, yet it comfortably keeps me in the right position. And it's not too loose, the Velcro reaches the right places to attach correctly.If you need, there are instructions on how to put this on: look halfway down this page to the section called "Steps to Improve Your Posture". This is a review for the "PANUSU Posture Corrector for Women - Posture Corrector for Men - Adjustable Full Back Brace"I got this because I have neck pain and having my shoulders pushed back is helpful. I have tried other braces and they work. This one (PANUSU's brace) works by having a full back brace that the shoulder straps attach to. The shoulder straps use the back brace to allow them to pull back on my shoulders.This brace is comfortable and works. I ordered an X-Large and it is a little big for me. I have a large coming to see if it fits a little better. The X-large would be fine and I'll stay with it if necessary. (my waist is 40" so I should have ordered a large as their sizing chart states.)If you have neck pain and are looking for a brace that will help pull your shoulders back, I like this one and would recommend it.(If you don't have neck pain that can be helped with pulling your shoulders back (e.g. neck pain from sitting at the computer too long) then I don't know if this will help. I do not have lower back problems.)

Couldn't get this to properly brace my upper back, but braces the lower farily well. As a 6'3 woman the xl fits pretty good.

Update: My husband tried the posture corrector while wearing a sleeveless tank top. He wore it for maybe half an hour and developed a rash on the front of both shoulders. Latex allergy? He did not have the adjustable shoulder pads on the affected area. My original review is below.I ordered the size medium of the PANUSU Posture Corrector for men and women. I am 5'3 and my husband is 5'10, and it works for both of us, although my husband found it a bit binding underneath the armpits. If you have a "belly," get a size larger.The posture corrector has concealed rigid spines in the fabric on the back. They are flexible so you can still bend, but they really do help keep the shoulders and back in alignment. I found that with all the adjustments, it really did pull my shoulders back and help correct my poor posture. We are still working on adjusting it for my husband, since he finds it a bit uncomfortable. He might need a size large, although he has a very slim build.It would be too warm to wear under clothing during the summer but perhaps it would be ok during the winter under a bulky sweater or sweatshirt. Just like any back or lumbar brace, wearing it all the time weakens muscles. I was surprised that it came with no instructions or directions for care. Is it machine washable? How many hours per day should you wear it? Thank you!
