There are zero instructions for putting this bike together. The product is defective and not what the product description was described as. Missing instructions and confirmed as defective.

I had a few problems understanding the instructions and the seat on the bike was ripped. When I contacted customer service they were extremely helpful and gave me what instructions were needed for the assembly of the bike and they also replaced the seat. I was very impressed with them.

This bike was very hard to put together and directions were bad! only rode 6 or 7 times and already stopped working.

This bike is Defective. All 3 wheels are Warped and i have tried to tell the seller and people that built the bike.I have sent videos of the warped wheels and thay told me I assembled the bike wrong that is why the wheels are warped. This bike was made in Japan and thay will not except returns. Do not buy this bike because AMAZON deals with poeople that will not Guarantee there Product. This Trike Is Defective

So far so good with this etrike. Out of the package, everything was fairly self explanatory. Aside from mounting the fenders first, you could build this in any order with no issue.Bought this for my someone closer to the higher end of weight limit and its performed well. At 6 foot 4, I can ride it comfortably. My 7 year old can ride it easily, though she should be a bit taller.The electric assist is pretty incredible. Level 1 will do the job and level 4 can get me to 20kmph in about 10 good pushes, level 5 even moreso.Battery has held up well so far. Our park is .9 miles away and we've made multiple trips on a single charge, including riding around the 1.2m lake loop and our daughter bulldogging it around the stadium parking lot.Cons:The seat back slides up and down when pushed, we fixed it with a few zip tiesInstructions weren't in box but the seller was able to get us a video link right awayBasket and fenders rattle a bit loudly on rough roadsFront wheel drive torque can spin out on grass/sand/gravelShipping was super fast. Had it and was riding within 5 days.

Bike arrived damaged which was not apparent until fully assembled. Both front forks were bent and one of the bearings was not pressed straight. I paid $300.00 to bike shop to straighten. Then upon riding this weekend. My husband followed and saw that right rear wheel was wobbling. Upon further inspection right rear axle is not straight.

Awfull assembly instructions, battery came in dead and will not charge. charger dangerously overheats, many attempts to contact seller with no response. Feels like a rip off.
