Works as it should my grandson's won't put it down wich is great cause it gets them of the video games for awhile

I purchased the 44 Challenge bar. Could you believe it was too easy to bend?

Product cheaply made, not of good quality. Spring very light for working out. Misinformed by previous reviewer.

For what it's designed to do, it works well enough. However, I do have two slight issues with it. The first is that it's rather uncomfortable to use and will blister your hands if you're not careful. The other is that whatever rubber is used for the handles stinks to high heavens and transfers to your hands making them smell rather unpleasant. They aren't deal breakers, just something to be mindful of. Overall though, it works well and gets the job done.

A great way to spice up your workouts, it really works each muscle depicted definitely worth the investment and value, a very nice recommended investment

I don't like to exercise so I was super excited to try this since I could do it while watching tv, lol but I didn't realize what 66 lbs would be like. I definitely need the 44 lb instead. I could see it having great benefit to my upper body strength and tone - but 66 is too much for me :(

Workout equipment like this is great in particular because of its simplicity: it is nothing more than a thick gauge steel spring with threaded steel tube on either end to accommodate two screw on steel handles with rubberized end caps and fabric wrist loops. Even if the wrist loops feel like a silly, unnecessary step between you and working out, and you are confident in your strength, it takes one sweat drenched slip of the grip for this thing to go flying in any direction with potentially deadly force (I got uppercut style smacked by this rogue steely boomerang right underneath my chin first day, do not make the same mistake I did, wrist loops or no use).As for the resistance, I would say 60kg or 132lbs is accurate to the force required. The handles have more than enough give to make this a comfortable tool to use, and it is very portable. When factoring in all this, and the doable 25USD price tag, this is a solid option amongst these bendable spring type workout tools.

This toy is very weak. Wanted to return but the shipping fees is the same as the item price.
