Poor performance
The blanket fits well but, after a number of months use, I have to downgrade my rating. First problem is that the controls are unable to be used with a timer; they have to be manually reset each time. Secondly the heat from the blanket is minimal, even after an hour at full it is hardly noticed. One of the controls is now becoming unstable with the lights flickering and turning off by itself.

Dangerous- not grounded!! Amazon need to pull this.
Warning!! After using since OCT 2019 realised that we had been sleeping on a live electric current for MONTHS. Does not have the proper insulation. We have noticed a buzzing feeling on our skin when in bed and waking up nauseous with headaches and only now found out it is the blanket!! Unplugged and all buzzing and symptoms have disappeared. I would at the very least like a refund. This is SO DANGEROUS!!!

Great product and service.
Fabulous service and product. Keeps bed beautifully warm and fits well. The fleece fabric makes the bed more comfortable and cosy even when the blanket isn’t on. Highly recommended. Very efficient business and a pleasure to deal with.

after a few months use - sometimes heats up really quickly, but sometimes really slowly and then gets very hot at night if you forgot turn it off. overall we like to use it in the winter
