BPA Free 1 Gallon Water jug Bottle Reusable Odorless Leak Proof. Free Cap Ergonomic Handle

This jug is similar, but more dense/stronger, than the original Bodybuilding.com Jug. I've tried a couple of the other reusable jugs here on Amazon and they have never turned out that great. Usually breaking or cracking within a month or two.Funny thing is I never drop or apply much pressure to these jugs either! Anywho, they shipped this jug actually pretty quick. I was a bit distant to get it at first because it wasn't under prime. But I decided to go for it and I'm glad I did. It works well with the Gallon Gear as well. I'll probably pick up a Jug Hugger as well down the road.

I received this almost 2 weeks ago with no lid. The listing clearly states “with lid”. I contacted the seller immediately upon receipt and have heard nothing back.The jug is good quality, but completely worthless without a lid. (And I tried other gallon jug lids I have and they don’t fit).If the seller would please just send me the lid I’d be happy to update my review.Edited update: nearly 3 weeks after originally contacting them, the sellers replied that they’d send a new lid. They did, and now the jug is great. Dinging the one star just for the customer service.

This bottle would be fine if it was less expensive. It is the same shape and size as the gallon milk and water jugs in stores, but is a little sturdier, not brittle. The plastic screw-on cap is fine, doesn't leak. #5 is stamped on the bottom, which is supposed to be one of the least toxic plastics. It has a faint smell that won't go away even after letting it sit overnight filled with baking soda and peroxide - not a chemical smell, and barely noticeable, but it is there. The smell doesn't affect the taste of the water, though.

The media could not be loaded.  This jug is only ever so slightly better than the ones from the store that are prefilled with water. This thing might last a week in my work truck. I'd say it's actual value is around $1.The lid is a standard breakaway tamper evident type that can be found on a jug of milk/water from the store, comes attached so I technically didn't see the bottom side of it. (Going to return, didn't want to break the seal)

It had never occurred to me that the regular grocery store gallon jug I had been using and refilling for years was probably full of BPA. When it was pointed out that I should stop using it, I naturally went to Amazon and started poking around. Not sure if the lack of BPA (how I test and prove that claim I have no idea, but it makes me feel better thinking it) makes this a damn fine and sturdy gallon jug or not, but it sure is! Even the cap is full on awesome! Use it everyday and am really glad I got it, it is definitely a quality product well worth the price.

These are perfect for water in the fridge where the milk also sits, the round gallon jugs don't fit in this space as they bulge the shelf outward where it may break, these are about 3 times thicker than your grocery store milk carton, and do not leak! Perfect!

I have absolutely no idea why anyone else would buy this jug, but I needed a large , clear, plastic jug to re9resent a large glass jug of wine for a play on a stage where neither glass nor liquids were allowed. Poured dark purple paint into it and covered tbe sides. Paint never actually dried, but stayed put long enough between shakings to do the job. So, for me, it was an excelent choice.

Great for the money! I use it for making iced tea and it holds up well. Easy to clean, doesn’t scratch up when using the bottle brush in it and rinses out clean. The cap turns on snugly so that it doesn’t drip or pop the top if you even drop it (in which I don’t suggest you do, like I did).
