FABRIC FANTASY
The dress, in essence, is pretty and print looks like photo BUT the fabric is very cheap, feels like acetate which is used as a liner in garments. From the waist down fabric gets wider. Cannot wear for special occasion but lounging at home.

Not the true color shown
The color is dramatically different from the shown: instead of rich tanzanite/sapphire flowers they are light blue. If the true color was shown, I would not purches the item.
