Very tight to get the control on the mat and battery in remote doesn’t work!

Disappointing
I was looking forward to using this device and it worked well at first. I was able to feel the massage sensations in my feet and legs and increase the intensity levels as stated in the instruction leaflet. It suddenly just stopped working. I went through all the troubleshooting but no help. Will be sending back for a full refund.

Only lasted 4 weeks and now doesn't work
Had this for about 4 weeks and worked well,But now It turns on for a few seconds and shuts down !!! ( it's fully charged )

I only felt a slight tingle on 19. Then i wet the soles of my feet and now i. can only put up with it on number 3 or 4 it really is intense. Pull the clear plastic tab out of the remote and point it at the controller from. between your legs

Stopped working
Was really good, only used twice and stopped working, re changed but made no difference.Returned for refund

Do not buy, this device worked only for a few minutes then stopped Do not buy ours is on its way back to Amazon the day after for a refund. Awarded minus 1 for rubbish.
