If you’re serious about your health and well being this is a must have. The taste is not so great by itself but when mixed with tea, coffee or juice, you barely notice. My energy levels have been through the roof since I have been taking this supplement. I feel fantastic! Sleep quality is better. Appears to work as claimed,not bad smelling,bitter taste,mixes well with mushroom coffee,I have noticed an increase in energy

Feel more alert, helps with some pain relief , boost energy, this one taste a lot better than the original shilajit. Notice more effectiveness the longer it’s taken. 60days in and I’m for it. Mixes easy, goes down better as a shot not a tea.

This is hands down the worst thing I’ve ever tasted, or tried to consume in my life. You can try mixing it with something else but you’ll still taste it. I don’t get how anyone can take this stuff. Not for me.

Great value!!Smell isn't the worst.Takes a day or two to get over the taste. Less than a week to a week to feel all the benefits. Energy is up! Fatigue is to a minimum. Mental clarity is amazing! Sleeping better and waking up better!!Works amazing!👌🏽

I like this product but I am not a big coffee drinker or hot fluid person but it does make you feel better and gives you energy and just all around it’s a good product so I would recommend it to my friends
