Built quality is awesome, install was easy and I love the lock feature. The flat closure was a big concern for me and I can attest after many months that it is great! Noise is also pretty minimal and the medium size is perfect for both my dogs (Italian greyhound and terrier mix).

This door is a tad heavy duty … flaps work great and go bk in place with a tad of weight love it

Nice, great for cold weather areas. Easy to install. The dog does not use it. The flaps are to heavy for the pug, but she will use it if I open the flaps. The standard poodle, who it was purchased for, will not use it. Maybe in time.

I will point out that the flaps don't always close correctly but has held up in severe weather and no leaks

Easy to install. Helps keep drafts out. My cats use it easily. I had to start with one flap then added the second after the cats learned to use it.

The quality is very nice! I like the strength of the metal door. The dogs don’t chew up this door.

I would not recommend this dog door. When we received it, the metal around the edges were bent in and the paint was missing. Very cheap product!

The exterior flap started to warp the first week, I assume due to the Florida sun. Didn’t have any kind of seal externally and internally I could see gaps in the flap. The magnet on the inside and outside panel wouldn’t close properly day 1. Installation was fine, but the flaps not lasting two months is kinda what ruined it. I can’t find any website for the seller “Eillion” so I can’t even contact them. On the first month I contacted Amazon and they wanted me to remove the door and install a replacement, I didn’t want to remove this one that is now siliconed into the door. All I wanted was a replacement flap sent and I couldn’t even get that. Don’t think I’d recommend this for dogs that use it frequently.
