Reebok Unisex's Nano X4 Sneaker

A Cross-Training Powerhouse
've been putting the Reebok Nano X4 through its paces for the past 3 months, and it's safe to say I'm impressed. As someone who's owned the X1 and X2, I can confidently say the X4 lives up to the Nano legacy.Stability and Support:The first thing I noticed is the improved sole. It feels noticeably sturdier, providing excellent support for weightlifting movements like squats, cleans, and snatches. While it's not a dedicated lifting shoe, it definitely holds its own for moderate weights. For those heavy lifts, I'd still recommend specialized shoes.Agility and Comfort:When it comes to dynamic workouts like CrossFit, Metcons, or HIIT, the Nano X4 shines. It's agile, responsive, and keeps my feet comfortable throughout those intense sessions. I've even used them for short runs, and they feel great for distances under 2 kilometers.Style and Durability:The Nano X4 is a good-looking shoe. It has a sleek, modern design and seems to be built to last. However, I've learned from my previous Nanos to be mindful of wear and tear. I only wear them on the gym floor to preserve the sole and maximize their lifespan.Overall:If you're looking for a versatile cross-training shoe that can handle everything from weightlifting to HIIT, the Reebok Nano X4 is a fantastic choice. It's comfortable, supportive, and stylish. Just remember to treat them with care, and they'll be your gym companion for a long time.

Excelent for the gym
I've only recently taken up going to the gym regularly, I'm 74 and want to avoid muscle loss which happens as you get older. I use to do road running until my knee stopped me, so I've got running shoes which I wore to the gym. However I had read that these aren't ideal for gym work (ok for the treadmill but not for weights). Looking around, these Reebok shoes seemed just right and indeed they are. They feel stiffer and less wobbly than my running shoes, but still very comfortable. I do feel more stable and in control at the gym.
