I don't have enough hair to be concerned about, but I'm getting softer smoother skin, and no more of the usual dry areas, like my elbows and where my glasses rest on my nose.The capsules are fairly small, kind of like the tiny boutique jelly beans. They have no flavor or taste, and they go down easy with their smooth coating. My bottle has an expiration date almost 2 years in the future.

These pretty purple capsules are a great way to get your daily dose of biotin with 5000 mcg. The daily serving is 3 of the softgels so this bottle will last for 40 days. The pills are easy to swallow and didn't upset my stomach or cause any side effects. They also didn't have any flavor or aftertaste that I could detect. I've only been taking them for about a week, but I have noticed that my nails are splitting or getting as many hangnails, so I am pleased with the results so far!

The label says they have treenuts. Not an issue for me, but should be more clear in the listing for those who might have an allergy.

I was excited to try this product, and when I received them I noticed the tag says "Contains Treenuts." I am allergic, and did not know this item would have tree nuts in them, so item will need to be returned
