Good quality, confusing instructions.
The media could not be loaded. Overall this is a nice dog washing station. I have the small one. I have a 8 pound, 22 pound, 30 pound, and 60 pound dog. The small bath will fit the 22 and 40 pound dogs. There is no tie down for the dog. The instructions are extremely basic. The sprayer head is low quality plastic. The rest is really good quality. The drain looks like a grey line that goes into a bucket. There are two lines for the water that are confusing. I am going to have a plumber come install the rest.

Super easy!
This was super easy for me and my wife to set up. By following the instructions and some basic common sense it only took us about 30 minutes to fully assemble and connect.Our small yorkie and medium sized Aussie fit in it perfectly. It could easy double as a utility sink as well. The price was right in our budget and this will pay for itself within 3 visits to the groomers.
