KAVUMini Rope Bag Cotton Crossbody Sling

Love the design and perfect size—just the right fit for everyday use. It holds all the essentials in neatly organized pockets, secured with zippers or velcro for easy access. The heavy-duty hiking fabric is a bit stiff, but built to last through rugged adventures.

I bought this Kavu mini for my mom (she’s going to Europe soon.) It’s perfect for travel as it can easily and comfortably be worn on your back or across the chest. I also have a kavu mini and I wear is as my regular/ daily bag. From having mine for over a year now, I know it’s not only cute and comfy, but very durable and versatile. These are so worth the investment in my opinion!My only advice is that if you’re wanting this item to carry anything bulky or wide, you may be displeased. Due to the two separate pockets splitting the bag in half, nothing too wide will fit. That being said I have at certain points carried two water bottles, several tangerines, and a few bags of nuts, but it was a snug fit. It all just depends on what you want to use it for but again- I adore these bagsI plan to buy a full size one as well soon, for longer hikes & such!

I love my kavu bag so much! The perfect size so I only carry what’s necessary!It does fade super fast but honestly I don’t mind rebuying the product because it’s a great investment! Has 5 pockets. Great bag!

I really wanted to give this bag a 5 star review because I love most everything about it. Nice design. Perfect mini size daily use. Various pockets. Easy access while wearing. Main compartment opens wide so you can easily find what you need. The only flaw is the Velcro that it on the front pocket. It wasn’t very secure so I wasn’t able to keep my eye drops that I use often in there as they would fall out. I would suggest using a stronger Velcro. Otherwise a great bag.

Love it!! I got it for when traveling or hiking or doing something I am walking all day but dont want to take my purse, also it's easier to wear a back pack when going across town on my bicycle than to carry a purse. Wanted the sling design and small...this is perfect for what I wanted and adorable!!! It doesn't fit much, but fits the essentials like my wallet, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Could fit more but starts getting a little tight with more. Considering getting a regular size rope sling bag for my carry on for flights or if I need something larger. Totally recommend!Update: after a year or so I've done a lot of hiking with this.. I fasten my water bottle to the strap with a carabiner and works out nice. I have taken it to Israel and used every day... held all my essentials and more. (Camera, cell phone, passport, a sweater for layering, small snack baggies, sunscreen, etc...) and ot was nice I could just swing it around to hold in front of me where pick pocketing is big. Makes by back a little hot but good quality and great design!

This is the bag I used on my most recent European trip in lieu of a backpack. I wanted something small yet stylish, that wouldn't weigh me down in the heat and this pack was perfect. It holds a 24 oz. water bottle and a few essentials with two side zippered pockets and 2 small exterior pouches, but you're not lugging around a bunch of useless gear, which I tend to accumulate in a bigger backpack. I took it everywhere, walking around cities, on boats, islands. For how small it is, you'd be surprised how much it can hold. Loved the small interior zip pocket where I kept an additional credit card, or other small valuables. Keep in mind that it's not as comfortable as a backpack, but what it lacks in strap comfort, it more than makes up for it with how lightweight it is and you're back won't get all sweaty!!

Thought for sure it would be too small but I love the print on it so risked it. It's perfect & holds all my stuff...glad I didn't get a bigger one.Nice bag & very well made. The strap is nice & long so I can wear it crossbody & it hangs about at my hip. Nice bag kind of stiff but it'll slacken up over time hopefully.Kind of awkward tho.

I love the yellow color and was pining over this for two years before buying. I love it, but the strap is grey, not green, which I would've liked better. I was assuming the inside would be green, too, and it is also grey. And the two front pockets are smaller than another kavu mini rope bag I have. I can barely fit my phone in the front zip pocket, and I have to really shove it. That is the most annoying thing. And my sunglasses always go in the Velcro pocket on top, but those barely fit, too. I wish they would make those pockets a little bit bigger or put the Velcro a little closer to the edge to allow for sunglasses. I use a ray ban style, they're not that big.Other than that, in general I love these bags. The straps are plenty long for cross body usage, and they are ready to open and not drop all your contents. They have nice big openings for the main compartments, which a lot of cross body bags do not. The rope straps and canvas bags are very sturdy and will probably last a very long time. I've had my other one for several years. They are washable. There is no plastic to get ruined in the washer. They are big enough to hold a lot but aren't in the way. If I have to bend over to pick things up and don't want the bag in the way, I toss it around to my back. It's a little awkward over a big winter coat with a hood, but not too bad.
