I wore mine w high waisted spanx so I’m not sure how much that stops it from pushing down but I didn’t think feel it or think it did. I was comfortable.

No, it came pretty quickly after I ordered it. If you have Prime it should get delivered faster. I ordered on the 24th of April and received on the 26th of April. I hope this helps you. I hope they deliver yours soon.
