Excellent for use for movement of emergency water storage 55-gallon blue poly drums!
I am very pleased with my purchase of Pentagon 83-DT5492 5041 Tool, Heavy Duty, 55-Gallon Drum Dolly, 4-Pack. I needed affordable dollies to facilitate easy movement of my four emergency water storage 55-gallon blue poly drums (recommend filling with water after placement on a dolly). While researching the reviews for this product, I had concern that the half of the bolt supplied with each dolly might contact and damage the 55-gallon blue poly drums. I decided to substitute 32 each M8-1.25 x 12mm Flanged Button Head Socket Cap Screw Bolts for 32 of the 64 each M8-1.25 x 16mm Bolts supplied with my four dollies. It was a perfect fit and utilized the existing nuts that came supplied with the dollies. Here is what I recommend for each dolly used with 55-gallon blue poly drums (follow the manufacturer’s assembly instructions with the following exception): Substitute 8 each shorter M8-1.25 x 12mm Flanged Button Head Socket Cap Screw Bolts (purchased separately) for 8 each M8-1.25 x 16mm Bolts (supplied) that contact the poly drum and install with the nut on the bottom so that the flanged button head is facing and contacts the poly drum. The best and very reasonable price that I found for the substitute shorter bolts was on Amazon: M8-1.25 x 12mm Flanged Button Head Socket Cap Screw Bolts, 304 Stainless Steel 18-8, Allen Socket Drive, Bright Finish, Fully Machine Threaded, Pack of 40 (you can purchase smaller quantities, but I needed 32 each): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08JLK9F8D

Sent an already broken set with casters in pieces.
2 stars because the ring that holds the barrel is sturdy and welds were neat. If they offer a four pack for $100us, I'll buy again. Caster assemblies are a waste of time and money, abysmal manufacturing and no quality control.Seems like good materials overall for my lightweight (200 - 300#) use - once I replace the excrementally dysfunctional casters.I bought 'open box*, item perfect'. Nope. A third of the wheels were already separated from caster brackets and fall out of the casters if you pick up the assembled product. The holes are too big. Quality control was nonexistent. This could result in me ending up in hospital and/or losing hundreds of dollars of product (plus cleanup costs) if a barrel went tippy from a wheel falling out after using a forklift sling to move.I'm not going to bother returning, I'll buy new casters if I can't adapt to appropriate retaining ring/spring tension clamps.*I frequently buy open box items. In 15 years this is only the third time an item was actually dysfunctional.

So far so good
Haven’t rolled them around a ton but they seem pretty sturdy and by far the best price I could find. I’m using 30gal plastic drums which are too small but at the price I couldn’t resist. It actually worked out nicely because they are just small enough to avoid the hardware altogether so I don’t have to worry about the bolts cutting into the plastic and the extra width on the base just makes it sturdier. I put a piece of cardboard under the drum and filled the gap on each with a whole can of great stuff, basically fusing the drums to the dollies.

Very nice stands but!
Still have the problem with the nuts and bolts hitting the tires. I put mine upside down rolls good now but hits the drum on top.

wheel broke off and no replacement or help avalable.
one wheel broke off after about 8 months of little to normal use. Tried to contact for a replacement wheel but to no avail. I understand it is out of the return policy however would love someone to reach out where I can buy a replacement. Seems like pentagon tools is a Chinese company with a Chinese phone number so i cant reach out to them directly. Guess will have to rig something up. lesson learned...buy items that you can get replacement parts easily or at least deal with companies which have solid customer service

Very sturdy
I put super large potted plants on these to make them easier to move around. They work great.

Spend the Extra money for something better
I bought a 4 pack of these, followed by a 2 pack. In my first set of 4, a wheel broke off one dolly within the first 5 minutes of use. I thought, "dang that's unlucky, must have been a fluke". I bought a replacement pair, and 3-4 weeks later another wheel broke off. These are rated for 1000lbs, and I only have a maximum of 450lbs on them. Seems to be rated for standing in one place, which defeats the purpose of having wheels. All in all, I should have spent the extra money and purchased from U-Line, as my previous experience with those drum dollies was that they never failed. Not sure if the same dollies are on Amazon and I dont care to look.
