Always excited when I purchase a product and it exceeds my expectations. Assembly was not difficult even for an 80 year old. Have only made one short trip but did a little hill climbing and found I had all the power I need and the handling was excellent.Negatives (?): I find the screen a little difficult to read, reading glasses. Could be a little bigger. Screw missing on the screen bracket. One broken rear hub cap. Assembly and operational info did not include how to turn on the headlight (that I could find). It's in really small print on the screen. Still a 5 star in my book!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. We bought this bike September 11,2024 and the battery won't charge we contact ActBest and that's they do is give us the run around. Please don't buy this bike it's not worth it. All we want them to do is replace the battery we paid enough but we have to jump through hoops.

The bike arrived in a large box that had a few holes in it from the shipment. But it was so well packed, that there was no damage to the bike. It was relatively easy to assemble being quite heavy and not reading the instructions correctly, slowed me down a little bit, but very doable. I actually had more trouble mounting the mirrors than the rest of the bike. I think I’ve only operated it on a quick trip. It handles well, has plenty of power, and a very sturdy bike all in all, quite pleased with this purchase.
