Very pretty colors, looks just like a water bottle I have
The color combination of this travel insulin cooler is so pretty! This looks just like a water bottle I have and in fact, this looks more like a water bottle than a medication cooler. There is a nice, sturdy handle that you can use to carry this cooler around with or you can clip it to your back pack, carry on, or slip into the water bottle holder of your bags. The surface of this bottle is a little rugged, not entirely smooth to help with grip. The top has a small compartment (see my pic) that you can unscrew and store candy for sugar lows when you need a pick me up or additional medical supplies. The main compartment is deeper than needed for insulin syringes/pens but allows you to store other things if needed but the ice pack that is included does take up quite a bit of room in the bottle. I wonder if this can double as a water bottle? I plan to ask the seller.

Good solution for traveling
This is a great solution for traveling with medications that need to remain cold. I wanted it because I go on a lot of overnight camping trips, and I need a way to keep meds at a cold temperature. I usually just try to keep them on ice, but this is much simpler, and I like that it allows me to keep my medications separate from other suppliesThis is compact and looks like a drink cooler, so it doesn't stand out, and it fits nicely into a car drink holder. It has an included ice pack that is designed to stay cold for hours. The top screws on tightly and has a small compartment in the lid to store some small supplies with a strap for easy carrying. I left the cold pack in the freezer overnight, and it kept the contents at a safe temperature for the better part of the day. I would say it's good for about 15-20 hours which is fine for an overnight trip or a long road trip or plane ride

Sturdy and stays cold
I take an injectable medication that is not insulin. It comes in prefilled syringes and it doesn't need to be refrigerated but it can't get too hot. So for road trips I like to pack them with some ice. This travel case is very sturdy and strong without being too heavy. It's pretty (love those sparkles!) and has a lid that stays completely on with a handle, or twists off easily. The ice pack is long and curved to fit against the wall of the case.I froze the ice pack and added in 9 of my syringes. If I really pushed things, I could probably get one or two more of them in there, but the spacing is awkward. There is room up top for alcohol wipes but I'd still need to carry my needle cutter separately (unless I only have 4-5 syringes in there).I knocked off a point because it's such an odd size. It's much longer than any insulin vials or syringes I've ever seen. Even longer than an epipen. But it's not very wide and you can't fit much in there. It's also easy to mistake this for a water bottle.I left my test bundle sealed in the case overnight and most of the next day. When I opened it, the syringes were chilled but not frozen and the ice pack was still hard and quite cold.
