MenaxFocus - Forged Aluminum Frying Pan - Nonstick 5-Layer Coating Stone Design - Ø 18 cm

Great quality small pan, cooks well without oil or very little, nice weight and feels well balanced to handle, heat distribution is very good on halogen hob at a very low heat, can not fine any negative problems and it cleans so easy, so all in all quality at a cool price and I would recommend it.

Wanted a smaller sized fry pan (but larger than single egg size) and this fits the bill fine. Has performed well in the few months I've been using it, good weight and finish.

I needed a smaller pan for when I wanted fried eggs, my other pans were two large to do a couple of eggs so this one suits my needs.

Cannot write a full review as I've yet to use the pan, but it feels quite solid, and so would think it will cook items like Spanish omelette without burning the bottom of it, which is the problem with lighter pans, it also looks good and I have every confidence that it will be used successfully many times.

I was delighted when I received this item as it was the perfect size. Unfortunately it is not compatible with my new induction hob. Very disappointing. I gave it to my son who was visiting for Christmas as he has an ordinary electric hob.

Worked once on my induction hob then gave up! Wouldn’t work again. Have returned. Very disappointed

Bought this 18cm pan because it appeared to be similar cooking surface material to "The Pan That Can" (Google that)My wife has used the latter in preference to any other since it arrived.TPTC is too large for one poached egg, so bought this 18cm Menax Focus lookalike.I am so impressed by the non stickimmersed in water egg poach and non stickscrambled eggperformance that I am looking to buy a 25cm version for concomitant left over potato browning.Recommend thisMenax Focus - Forged Aluminum Frying Pan - Nonstick 5-Layer Coating Stone Design - Ø 18 cm

Nice non-stick pan, easily cleaned.... not sure of its induction suitability though as it seems to take a lot longer to get hot that all our other pans. Pity really

Resultado totalmente satisfactorio. Evita con eficacia que las tortillas se peguen permitiendo hacerlas perfectamente. El acabado antiadherente es muy bueno.
