This is brilliant, well made, zips really easy, temp and timer are really great. Runs between 50 80°. It's very well made and feels like a premium blanket without the price tag. Beeps when timer is done. Feels so relaxing and feel fantastic when you come out of it. Easy to get out and put away. There are no downsides to this blanket.

I was nervous about ordering a sauna blanket and did a lot research before I found the Nebula. I have been looking at doing a spa day for wellness and relaxation but haven’t found a suitable option.My Nebula arrived earlier than expected this week and it has been fantastic. The control functions are easy to use and the blanket warms up very quickly. I found that increasing the temperature slowly helped me adjust. I was concerned that being in the heat of the blanket would make me feel claustrophobic but that was not the case at all. I got into it easily and it zipped up like a dream. I think for someone taller it might be a bit more tricky as it could be a bit too short. The gradual heat increase made it lovely and toasty and I could feel myself relax. In fact, I fell asleep.The item itself is overall lovely quality and folds away for easy storage in the bag. I have used it twice already before bed as suggested and had a good night’s sleep. I feel that this has been an excellent addition to my life as I really needed something I could do at home to completely relax without an expensive monthly layout for the gym or spa. I don’t have a bath at home either so it also gives the feeling of a hot soak that I have been craving. All round excellent value for money and a great experience.

I treated myself to this sauna blanket for Christmas, it is good value for money and is good quality. It is is strong and sturdy and I can see me using this for many years to come. I highly recommend this saunas blanket.

Bought this for inflammation and muscular pain , the heat is really good can really feel it working, would recommend this product , worth the money as I usually pay £25 for one session at a wellness centre .

In colder months it is a great heat blanket! I wrap myself and ends movie. It truly heats to 80c inside, which I love. After 45 min I’m all sweaty
