I take a couple of these at night about an hour before going to bed, they do help me to relax and calm down. This is my second bottle and will purchase again. They are a bit spendy, but when you need some help calming down, and something works, its worth it.

That person that rated this product with one star doesn't know what he or she is talking about....Check this out anything that you buy from standard process or any other natural or NON SYNTHETIC supplement company you must be on a low carb lifestyle you can't have a high sugar high-carb standard American diet... Even medication won't work correctly if you're not eating right... No fast food, no processed foods, no preservatives, no sugar no food that comes in a box.As far as my experience so far I've had a change in mood , overall well-being. Things that used to stress me out and cause me to react negatively don't affect me as much anymore. I don't get into shouting matches or arguments with family members since taking this. After a traumatic life event, I've had problems with depression, anxiety, but mostly brain fog, inability to focus, etc. Orchex has helped tremendously with zero side effects. No withdrawal symptoms if you stop taking them. I take 3 or 4 per day. And have been using orchex for about 9 months. I've tried cbd in many forms, but it had minor side effects.

There isn't a flavor.. I did not want to mark off for that when it's not relevant so gave a five. Overall this has been great.. it's suttle but it's helped take the edge off. I weened off a pretty heavy medication I decided was not best for me and it's left me very sensitive to mood swings of depression and panic attacks. I've been using this and noticed that I'm not getting nearly as anxious as I was. I have been using for 2 months and will continue.

I work in transportation where the stress can be quite high. I've used Orchex for several months now and found it very effective at managing my daily stress.
