In useing a C-Pap machine, I need moisture in the air that it produces and almost every machine has a water tank to facilitate that. But, in the winter when it gets a little colder, the tube that connects the machine and mask starts to get condensation and your tube can fill up with water making it harder to control the pressure or the water getting to the mask. A hose cover helps hold off the condensation by insulating the hose. This hose has a nice soft, blue material that is quiet when moved. The is a zipper the entire length on the cover so that it is easy to put on and off. There are velcro straps on the two ends to secure it to the hose so the cover doesn't bunch up.

This CPAP hose cover is very soft and easy to put on the hose with the full length zipper. The hook and loop fasteners at the ends keep the cover in place. This cover is specific to the climate line hoses which are a little longer than the standard hoses. It's nice to finally have my entire hose covered instead of having a 6" or so uncovered section.

This CPAP tube cover is about 6 feet long, which is about six inches longer than I need for my hose. I can either bunch it up a little or leave it unzipped at the CPAP machine end. The cover is made of an outer layer of fleece-like material, with an inner liner of smooth fabric. The ends have a strip of elastic with Velcro to hold the cover tightly to the tube so it doesn’t slide up and down. When installing the cover, start at the mask end of the tube, so when it is zipped closed the zipper handle is at the CPAP machine end. You don’t want a zipper handle jangling near your head.

I have been using a CPAP for MANY years, and have had different issues in that time. I’ve had pets that had climbed over and/or gotten claws in the tubes, or have had them get kinked or crushed by them or me. Also, I’ve had the tubes rub on me or my wife, which isn’t great. This tube cover is plenty long enough for me. It’s nice and soft, and the ends secure well with the Velcro straps at both ends. If you’re a CPAP user and don’t have a cover on your tube, get one. This one is a good option.

I was hoping to be able to increase the humidity setting on my Resmed 11 CPAP machine because I have been experiencing uncomfortably dry mouth and throat. Without the insulation sleeve, I can’t get any further than humidity setting #5 because of rainout and gurgling in the hose. With the sleeve and at #6 setting I was sadly awakened by gurgling. My machine has the heated hose as well. We keep our house set at 73 degrees constantly. I’m disappointed it didn’t work for me. No fault of the sleeve, it probably does insulate to a degree, but it is just a very soft fabric with a zipper running along the length, making it easy to put the tubing into place. I am going to search for an insulation sleeve that has more of a material that is genuinely an insulator, if it even exists. I haven’t made friends with the CPAP almost 3 months in. This product is of good quality and the fit is perfect, but it didn’t work out for me. I used it for one night, so I can’t comment on the durability. It’s very affordable though.

This CPAP hose tube cover was an item I didn't know I needed until I got one. This cover is very soft. It has a zipper that runs the length of the cover, and zips smoothly with no catches. It has velcro elastic bands on each end to tighten the cover around the ends for a secure fit. This cover was easy to put on my hose tube and works great at keeping my tube clean and protected. I am pleased and would buy this again.

Before I got this item, I had a similar hose cover that had to be pulled over the whole hose. This unit comes on and off so much easier with the full length zipper!Makes for easy cleaning!Wish I had this sooner!
