Scrabble!
I bought this scrabble game mostly for my 11 year old daughter as she craves board games.I liked this particular one since we don't have a lot of space and I thought it convenient that we could play the game on the dinner table but hang it up when we needed to clean up or to eat etc.The game board is relatively thing with some metal over hard card board. The board is boxed, but not covered with a thin plastic for shipping so it has several scratches/gouges in the playing surface...The letters are the thin wafer magnets that stick to the board pretty well and stick to each other lightly in the provided bag. When getting new letters, you have to make an effort to not bring more than what you're supposed to take. The 4 letter holders need to be redesigned. On one side it's flat and has a white section for a dry erase marker to write names, which is pretty cool...but the other side has the ends turned in and when you stick the magnetic letters inside, it can be a frakin pain to get them out as they are thin enough to slip under the turned edges and get stuck. My daughter and I ended up putting the numbers over the flat side instead of writing out names. We do like the white board section next to the play area for writing our names and scored...

This is a genius idea!
We are a Scrabble-loving family, but I wasn't sure if I should purchase yet another kind of Scrabble board. I'm so glad I did! It hangs easily (and securely) on the wall. The ingenious magnetic letter trays work perfectly with the snap-on hooks that hold them in between turns. The magnetized letters are made of good quality materials. Even the bag of letters has a place to hang down in between turns. It is very convenient, doesn't take up a lot of wall space, and makes playing a Scrabble game fit into everyone's schedule. We take our turns as we have time during our busy days and weekends. (We have been working on the same game for over 2 weeks now, but that's fine.) It's the same great game of Scrabble, with all the same rules, except that there is no timer, and no one is having to sit and wait for the other players to take their turns. This was a great purchase!

Scrabble for your Busy Life
I'm a fan of Scrabble, but it's a time-consuming game. If you can trust your fellow cohabitants not to cheat (or conversely, assume that everyone has the ability to cheat equally and therefore it cancels out), this is a great solution to playing games with everybody on different schedules with busy lives. My only problem with it is that the letters, being magnetic, stick to each other in the bag. It makes it very difficult to shuffle them up initially (I think I drew like five Es in my first two rounds the first time we played), and it's a little difficult to draw just the number of letters you need.Fans of Scrabble that don't find time to play frequently enough will love. This would make a great gift. (I gifted it to myself haha).

Really cool, hard to hang!
This thing is a lot of fun.The only thing that happened with mine is that one of the tile holders broke. It's also a large size...well, it's the size of scrabble board...and it used to fit on my BIG fridge (I used magnetic clips to keep it in place) but then I got a regular sized fridge and it JUST BARELY makes it on there. However, using it on your fridge really keeps you playing often. BUT you have to be on the honor system, otherwise it's pretty easy to check on other peoples' tiles -- they're just hanging there :p I think it's well made BUT a little difficult to hang (even if you were to put it on a wall, it's HEAVY -- it's metal AND the bag of magnetic tiles is rather heavy to have hanging off it). It's magnetic scrabble -- you can't really go wrong. :D

Cute addition to my game room
I like this cute wall mounted board. Its lightweight so no anchor was needed, I probably could have used command strips but I want to be able to take it down and table play if we do a full game in one sitting and I didn't have and velcro command strips. The peices are small flat magnets and everything is nicely contained on the hooks and in the provided bag. At some point I feel like were going to lose peices and I'm not sure there's a way to buy replacements but if needed I could make some.I'm happy with this decoration/ game addition to my room.

A lot of fun!
My family loves Scrabble and my sister recently moved to a new apartment so I thought this would be the perfect housewarming gift for her. She really loves it. You can hang it on the wall like suggested, or you can just use it as a regular Scrabble set. One great thing about it is the tiles are magnetic and stick to the board, so if you turn the board during the game, the tiles won't move around and get messed up. I took off a star because the tiles don't seem to be great quality. After playing a few times, the edges are already starting to peel off a bit.

Wall scrabble is a great concept!
Scrabble is a favorite game, but rarely do we have time to play a whole game during the week in one sitting. This wall game is a great way to keep the game going. Four stars because the one we received did appear to have been returned. The box as open, the lid was off the dry erase marker and it didn’t work. And the game board was dented/bent on the edge. It is still functional though so we kept it.

Great for the classroom
I have this hanging on the wall in my third-grade classroom. I am playing against four students, each of whom can receive help from their classmates, but not from anyone else. They are really invested in figuring out the highest scoring words. I wanted a magnetic board because I simply don't have the surface area for a regular board, and I know from experience that it would get bumped and the tiles would slide around and go missing. I have the scores written on a piece of paper that is attached to the board with a magnet because when I used the provided dry erase area it would accidentally get erased when I moved the board under the camera projector for the class to see. I love the hooks for the player's tiles and the bag of tiles.I will probably buy another one (or two) soon so we can have more than one game going.
