I really like this frother, but I have two major complaints: It doesn't heat up milk that high. For some, this might be an issue, but luckily, I like my drinks warm. If you prefer your milk hot, you might as well just microwave it. Second, I have a 12 oz mug, and I have to pour above max to get it an inch below the rim. If you like a 24 or 16 oz hot chocolate, which is the only thing I use the frother to make, I suggest searching for another frother.That said, I like that the frother takes only a few minutes on max on "heat." It's easy to clean, and simple to use.

Handheld frothers work better
I like that it heats if you want it to, but the froth function is lacking. Ensuring it is filled only to the max line, it froths some contents to the top and the rest is left liquid underneath.
