Terrible remote replacement. It hardly works, the buttons are small and require you press them extremely hard to get them to function. Do better Sony, do better.

Controller is a bit smaller but smooth and comfortable. Well functional too.

We got this so we could have an extra remote for our Sony smart tv. (We are cutting the cable.) This remote is functional but buttons are not very responsive and hard on our arthritic thumbs. Ended up getting a Fire stick and 2 remotes for that. Much better.The price was good, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Buttons aren’t easy to maneuver making it difficult to use especially in the dark.

This remote was an almost perfect replacement for my Sony Smart Tv. The remote model number is RMF-TX200U.It isn’t exactly the same, the OEM remote is on the right in my photos.I don’t use the voice command, so it really doesn’t bother me that it isn’t on the replacement remote. My old remote still works and I plan to continue to use it as a second remote in my guest room.I do like that you can feel on the back of the new remote which side is up and which side is down (on the original remote when you pick it up in the dark there is no way to tell if you are pointing the remote towards the tv unless you press a button and it either works or it doesn’t and you have to flip it around). On the back of the new remote it has an indentation of the battery compartment, easily letting you know that is the back of the remote and you are pointing it correctly at the Tv.The buttons on the new remote also do not make any noise, which is nice since my original remote makes a little clicking noise when you use the volume buttons or the directional buttons.All the buttons on the new remote work, except the YouTube button, that one doesn’t seem to do anything. There also wasn’t any instructions included with the new remote, I basically just added two AAA batteries and pointed it at my tv and it worked right away.

Went the inexpensive route. Should have not been so budget minded. This remote works. It does not have the voice command option. It will turn on the TV and change channels. The center button has to be pressed using 90 lbs of pressure, actually all the buttons take a super human to make work. There is a delay in them. I am not really happy with my purchase but I will keep it. It does turn the TV on and off and with some patients I can navigate my TV options.
