The AiHeart Glass Initial Coffee Cup is very cute and looks exactly like the picture.Packaging was good and product arrived damage free. The monogrammed initial is very vivid. The lip of the glass is smooth. The product included a regular lid, bamboo lid, cleaning brush, steel straw, silicone straw cover, and initial straw topper. I am not a big coffee drinker but was attracted to this for iced coffee and other cold beverages. This is glass so ice does cause it to sweat as is the nature of glass.AND - they have a U! This letter is often left out for initial items so I was excited they offered it.I recommend this for yourself or a great gift.

It's beautiful! I absolutely love it. Perfect for my chilled almond milk lattes.It was very well packaged to prevent breaking or other damage during transit. The included sponge cleaning tool makes washing the inside of the glass easy, since I can't get my hand down inside. The silicone grommet in the opening of the glass lid is removable so you can clean around it, too, to prevent any kind of funky, gunky build-up. I have not used the bamboo lid that was included, as I personally prefer the aesthetics of the glass lid. Overall, I am very pleased with my new latte glass, and would recommend it for gifting...to yourself or someone else.

Whether I’m at home or work this is perfect for my iced coffee! It’s super stylish and the graphic letter is neatly and intricately printed on the glass. The stainless steel straw is the perfect size for the glass and what a fun bonus is the letter topper for the straw! I get a ton of compliments on this glass tumbler. It also comes with a glass lid and straw cleaner! The glass, lid and straw can be put right into the dishwasher for easy cleaning though. The glass itself doesn’t seam too thin and has all rounded edges for a trendy look. Very happy with this, it’s beautiful!
