I can tell when I run out of probiotics and I like the immediate improvement when I start back. A daily dose of these seems to settle my stomach and I have less of the dreaded rumble. So I have been taking some sort of Magnesium supplement for several years now to help me sleep better. I notice the difference. But with these gummies, there is not as much Magnesium as I am used to taking, but there are a WHOLE LOT OF OTHER great things in them! Calcium, Omega-3s, pre AND probiotics and more. Here is what has really set these gummy vitamins apart for me. The taste and ESPECIALLY THE AFTERTASTE! I like not loading my teeth with sugar right before bed, but most of the other sugarfree options that I have tried, even if they taste decent, leave me with a sour taste in my mouth that remains on my tongue even after brushing. These do NOT have that problem. They taste good and have no sour aftertaste at all. Knowing that I am adding more to my bedtime routine than just Magnesium is a big plus too. Yes, I like them and think they are worth giving a try. I feel that at the current price of almost $30 for a month's supply is at the upper end of good value though. Try them and see what you think!
