NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks (w/Compression Strap) - Extra Arch and Plantar Fasciitis Relief - (for feet, Heels, Pain, Swelling) - (Size: Small/Medium)

For someone who has just put up with the pain of plantar fasciitis for over 2years, I had finally had enough. I only suffer with it in one foot, and have tried various things to no avail. I sometimes have more pain after the end of my working day (I am a busy Doctor working in a hospital) so am constantly on the go. I can cope with it during the day, but in the evenings...ouch! Since I have had these I have found I have less pain (when using them hot (in conjunction with a heat pad)) in the evenings AND crucially less pain in the mornings. The socks themselves are lovely and soft (microfibre) and the additional compression straps really help. The gel pads are easy to insert and wipe clean. I have yet to use these cold...I think that the full sole gel pad in particular will be really soothing in the summer. I paid £25, so may feel they are a little pricey but I won’t be without mine and thoroughly recommend them to anyone suffering with foot problems.I do need to add a note of caution however, if you are diabetic and suffer from peripheral neuropathy I would NOT recommend these, if you do use them then be very cautious with heat and cold and I would recommend regular foot checks.

Fab product - wish I'd had these years ago. Very soothing for my swollen (pregnant) feet when used with feet raised on footrest. The cold effect when cooled in fridge wears off too soon for my liking but provides enough relief to make it worthwhile. Freezer is best but mine's in the shed so not so practical for me to go out there on a winters night to retrieve the gel packs! Arrived very quickly.

Not suitable for me but are good product

This is a really great idea and helped hugely. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the ankle is so big. The fabric feels good, the ice packs work well and fit the socks well and it really helped reduce the swelling on my damaged foot. I really recommend these.

Got these for my 84 year old mum after reading the reviews. I was surprised at just how clunky and uncomfortable they are when the linings are in. Far too thick and awkward for my elderly mum plus it says you shouldn't walk on them. Given that she was going to wear them in bed and has to get up several times a night got the loo they are completely impractical. Very disappointed especially given other positive reviews. Also disappointed that it was not clear that the seller does not offer refunds. So now stuck with a useless item! Unimpressed.

I bought these for myself as I can get hot feet which makes it hard to sleep sometimes, these have really helped. I purchased a few for family members for different reasons and they all said it has helped them

These are a great way to ice my plantar fasciitis pain. They are not perfect, for example there are two frozen packs which makes it hard to get it right on the back of the heel, but with some wiggling it's fine. I am happy with these

These are great. I where mine at bed time and they have been an absolute godsend in the recent heatwave. I would not recommend walking in them but perfect for resting your feet. I turn mine round sometimes so that I can cool my in steps as well.

I work 10-12 hours a day on my feet as a manager of a LARGE restaurant. I put these on when I come home and they last about 25 minutes. Not too cold that it is unbearable. I pop them back in the freezer for the next use. I use these 5 days a week and it helps tremendously with swollen, achy feet.

Diese Socken haben wir gekauft, weil meine Mutter ihre Nerven vor den Schaeden der Chemotherapie schuetzen wollte. Es empfiehlt sich hierzu noch weitere Kuehlpads zu bestellen, damit die Schwestern diese entsprechend auswechseln koennen. Es waere natuerlich besser gewesen wir haetten diese nie gebraucht, aber wer in diese schlimme Situation kommen sollte, sollte sich diese ruhig kaufen und nutzen.

je l'ai acheté pour ma mère pied gonflés car malade du diabète et du coeurrésultat le froid marche tres tres bien plus aucun gonflement ..il faut le faire une fois par jour et le resultat est instantané ...ne pas hesiter à acheter ce produit
