Comprehensive Support for Optimal Bone Health
recently started using the Bone Health Complete Duo to support my bone health. This supplement duo includes products designed to provide a comprehensive approach to maintaining and enhancing bone strength and density.Product Components: The Bone Health Complete Duo typically includes two key products: a calcium and vitamin D3 supplement and a bone-support formula with additional nutrients such as magnesium, vitamin K2, and other bone-strengthening minerals.Calcium and Vitamin D3 Supplement: The calcium and vitamin D3 supplement provides essential nutrients for bone health. Calcium is crucial for bone density, while vitamin D3 aids in calcium absorption and utilization. This combination ensures that my body gets the necessary nutrients to support bone structure. The supplement is easy to swallow and has a pleasant taste, which makes it convenient to incorporate into my daily routine.Bone-Support Formula: The bone-support formula enhances the effectiveness of the calcium and vitamin D3 supplement. It includes additional vitamins and minerals like magnesium and vitamin K2, which are known to contribute to bone strength and health. The formula supports bone mineralization and helps prevent bone loss. The ingredients are well-chosen and contribute to a holistic approach to bone health.Effectiveness: After using the Bone Health Complete Duo for several weeks, I’ve noticed a positive impact on my overall bone health. I feel more confident in my bone strength and have experienced fewer instances of joint discomfort. The comprehensive nutrient profile of the duo provides a well-rounded approach to maintaining bone density and reducing the risk of bone-related issues.Ease of Use: The supplements are easy to take, with clear dosage instructions included on the packaging. The duo typically involves taking one or two tablets or capsules of each product daily. The packaging is user-friendly and includes all necessary information about the benefits and proper usage of the supplements.Packaging: The Bone Health Complete Duo comes in separate bottles for each product, which are clearly labeled and securely sealed. The packaging is practical and keeps the supplements fresh. The design of the bottles allows for easy access and storage.Value for Money: The Bone Health Complete Duo offers good value for money. The combination of high-quality ingredients and the comprehensive approach to bone health justifies the cost. It provides a complete solution for maintaining and improving bone strength, making it a worthwhile investment.Overall Impressions: Overall, I am very satisfied with the Bone Health Complete Duo. It provides effective and comprehensive support for bone health through a well-balanced combination of essential nutrients. The ease of use, noticeable benefits, and good value for money make it a top choice for anyone looking to enhance their bone health.

Patchy Performance by Veru Wellness
Veru Wellness is a relatively new (their website says it was founded in 2019) Florida company that specializes in the transdermal delivery of vitamins and nutraceuticals. They have a fairly extensive catalog of products formulated as beige-colored, latex-free patches that adhere to the skin. The patches are designed to allow the active ingredients to pass through the skin barrier and enter the bloodstream eliminating the often unpleasant task of swallowing fistfuls of vitamin capsules and tablets. This delivery method could be especially desirable for children and seniors. Additionally, it should be applauded as a keto friendly alternative to the other non-vitamin vitamins, namely gummies.Another advantage of transdermal patches is the consistent and controlled delivery of the active ingredient, avoiding the peaks and troughs associated with oral administration. It also bypasses the digestive system, which can degrade some substances as well as cause GI upset. Since high oral doses of Vitamin C can indeed generate gastrointestinal issues, I was quite excited to try the Veru Wellness Vitamin C patches.Yet, looking at the formulation on the back of the product’s box caused immediate skepticism. The Vitamin C content is listed as 12 mg.That means, the amount of Vitamin C per patch is only 13% of the USDA daily requirement for men and 16% for women. It’s generally understood that transdermal patches require a higher dose compared to oral supplements to compensate for lower absorption through the skin. Even putting the patch permeation factor aside, it would still take 8 patches a day to simply attain the minimum USDA recommended requirement! Now let’s look at the second ingredient in this formulation. The box says the patch also contains 12mg of Vitamin B12. That is 500,000% of the USDA daily requirement for most adults! In other words, the Veru Wellness patch formulation called Vitamin C actually contains a paltry amount of the prime ingredient and an excessive amount of a secondary one. This makes very little sense to me.Now curious, I checked the ingredient list on the back of the package marked Glutathione patches. I ran into a perplexing formulation of many substances other than Glutathione - such as Vit C, Selenium, Molybdenum, Manganese, CoQ10, Milk Thistle, and Alpha Lipoic Acid. Some of these, like Glutathione and CoQ10, do not have USDA guidelines, but contain minuscule amounts compared to their oral equivalents. Others, like Vit B2 and Selenium, are thousands and tens of thousands percent above the oral dose recommendations.Additionally, two of the ingredients, Magnesium Malate and L-Glutathione are spelled incorrectly on the back of the package. This may not seem like a big deal, but if I can’t trust a company to spell the contents correctly, how do I trust that they’ve paid attention to what’s actually put inside?I really like the idea of transdermal vitamin patches, but I don’t think Veru Wellness is ready for prime time yet. The formulations, at least the ones that I have here in front of me, don’t make sense. And there’s no excuse for misspelling the ingredients, especially for a company based in the USA. However, Veru Wellness is a young company and I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will improve.

Great Idea For Traveling
Pros:No SugarNo CaloriesEasy To UseTime ReleasedAdhesiveCons:NoneWhat I received in the package:1 x Pack of Vitamin C Patches1 x Pack of Glutathione PatchesThis VERU Wellness product offered a two pack for daily use. These are topical patches that are time release. The Vitamin C pack comes with 60-patches.The Glutathione pack comes with 42-patches.These patches are a great spin on the typical methods of taking your vitamins. What I really like about these is not only the easy of use. But the time released nature of the patches. When applying the patches, I recommend that you apply to to an area of the body that does not have hair or very little. It doesn’t hurt necessarily when I take them off but I could see this being a problem for other users.I tend to put my patches in the same spot and it does leave a bit of residual glue on your skin. Comes off with a shower but it can be a little tacky.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, these work great for me and my lifestyle. Easy to use and great for camping or traveling so you don’t have to carry around a bunch of pills. Hope this information was helpful. [5 Stars]

Seems to be good. I'll update after finishing.
These patches are a great idea but there are two negatives I found right off the bat. One is that I received two different packages of patches, one is the D3K2 (very important to have both together so that is awesome) and the other package is the Calcium+Magnesium (another important combo that work better together so that's awesome also), yet there is no marking on the actual sheets to tell you what those patches are.I think that is a major screw up because if I take a sheet out of each box and get sidetracked for some reason, I have no clue what patches are on each sheet and could get them mixed up. I know that may seem silly, but that is exactly the reasons why pills look so different from each other. The patches themselves don't have printing that identifies them, but neither do the sheets. The second problem I see is that these don't say how much of each vitamin or mineral you are getting per patch. Take for example the Vitamin D3 + K2. The back of the box says "Formulation Vitamin D3 12000 mcg. Vitamin K2 1000 mcg." By the way, the ratios between each other is spot on but there is NO WAY that is per patch because that would be a very high dose per patch. But if you break it down by 60 (number of patches) then it is a very low dose. So I'm quite confused about how much the dosage is per patch.I will update after taking the patches for a bit.

Not yet ready for prime time?
Until the past few years, I've never been a daily supplement person. But even now, having developed the habit of taking a fistful of supplements every day, the trans-dermal route intrigued me enough to get Bone Health Complete Duo Lifestyle Patch Vita D3/K2, Calcium Magnesium. Each 1inch square adhesive patch delivers a decent amount of both Vit D3 and K2, but I'm not sure of the ACTUAL absorption of these molecules. And because both are fat soluble vitamins, any blood levels done after a month of applying this product wouldn't necessarily reflect the most recent month of dosing. As for the application itself, the patches adhered well and caused no untoward effects on my skin.
