The vanity is nice but the mirror doesn’t work. I’ve reached out to Amazon customer service twice, they sent an email to the company stating the issue and that I just wanted a replacement mirror because it over heated and shut off. I was told that the company would reach out in 24 to 48 hours, 5 days later nothing! Worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced! Save your money!Update: I finally received a reply. I’ll update again later.

Had some issues initially with a damaged item but the seller made it right. Give yourself extra time to assemble it; it takes a while!

Love this vanity for my daughter, but it took about 4 hours to assemble. One of the pieces was damaged in shipping, and there’s no way to reach the seller directly. Seller, please reach out so i can get a replacement part! Amazon will only replace the entire thing and I don’t want to take this apart and reassemble another one.

The vanity is child size and the return process has been the worst. Save your time and money !
