This is one of the most secure phone holders I have used on my ebike. Additionally, it is well padded in all the right places, with soft padding all over the phone holder, back, and arms. It is straightforward to install and comes with a good amount of rubber strips used to provide extra grip for securing it to your handlebars. It will easily fit any thickness or style of bars you want to add it to. I have enjoyed the range of motion I use to position the phone at different times of the day. I also appreciate that the mount stays in place once I position it. I am not doing bumpy rides, mainly around my city, but that is still going off curbs and potholes. It has held up well throughout all of that. I am using it with a large phone, and having the mount opened to its fullest extent makes it a little bouncy, but that is all.I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max in an Apple leather case. My phone barely fits because of the bulky camera lenses in the back. The top arms have a lip to slide your phone into and give extra stability. My phone barely fits, and I can see they are leaving marks on the leather case because they are so tight. This is not a size issue; it is only because of the camera. I also can't use the mount and a magnetic wallet simultaneously; I have to remove the wallet first. I love the extra security of having those lips, but this mount will surely work better with a smaller phone. If I wanted to put my phone in it without the case, it would fit better, but I am not willing to do that.Despite the size issue with my phone, I have no other complaints about this phone holder. It's a great product that offers security and ease of use. Its components are robust, most of them being metal, which gives me the confidence that it will last. The variety of configuration options it provides is a bonus. It performs so well that it's difficult not to give it a 5-star rating.
