Dolcis Women's Jean Boots

First of all they are beautifully presented in a pink box; the boots are in a shoe bag and a card to indicate that they have memory foam insoles, which was unexpected! They are a neat fit and look smart and tidy. The faux suede is of good quality, soft and flexible. People always want to know if they are narrow or wide, well they are narrow; that is the style but they fit as they should and as size 4 for me fits perfectly, so I'm guessing your normal size will fit as they should. I'm always annoyed when I send for my size and they are too big or small, but from years of buying Dolcis from when shops existed and you actually had to leave the house to buy shoes, I have always found that this brand stays true to size as we are accustomed to in the UK anyway.

I really like how the pair looks on me and it is very comfortable. I did have a slight issue that the wrong pair was initially sent, i ordered the embroided red white flower design on the heel pair and got plain black boots, however I contacted the sellers and they apologized and I returned the boots and got my correct pair with no extra charge. So I can't complain they dealt with the matter great and swiftly and I now have the correct pair and they're lovely.

Little bit dated but very comfy. Had quite a few compliments. Just the colour I was looking for and good value for money.
