I have been using a variety of Thai massage balms and this one is the best yet in relieving sore painful muscles and joints. I have had a chronic pain condition (CRPS/RSDS) for 30 years that flares with light movement or even from sleeping in an awkward position. This stuff really helps. I shared some with my massage therapist and she said her husband who had worked in the gardens and around the pool all day asked her to massage his aching back. She tried some on him and shortly after beginning the massage he was asleep! He had no pain the next morning and was quite pleasantly surprised by how well it worked.She is definitely buying a jar for him!

HEAVY menthol and hot peppers. It burns a lot once it sinks in and almost to the point of pai, and I can take pain (Veteran and did plenty) TINY jar. About the size of an old Vicks Vapo RUb jar....high menthol concentration, somewhat smelly and stays on honds - very hard to get off,....You get what you deserve - they tell you it is snake oil right in the ad... and there ya go, Would not recommend. it is like pepper spray and 100 gimmicks...no venom listed in ingredients just menthol and mega hot cramp and stinky black oil

very spicy, deep acting and long lasting, no idea if it actually has snake oil or venom in it lol but it definitely has heat like a capsaicin extract or oc rub. Works wonders better than menthol based tiger balms.
