I dermaplane often. I have very fine blonde fuzz that interferes with foundation, so I didn't think that the mask would be painful to remove. I was wrong.First, it's very thick and starts to set quickly. It's best to start on the forehead and down one side across the face and bank up the other side. Make sure to spread it evenly and not too thin, but don't make it too thick because then it won't dry. Avoid your eyebrows and hairline at all cost. If you accidentally get it in your hair or eyebrows, it's important to use a wet wash cloth to remove it before it hardens (which isn't easy).Once I had it spread over my face I washed my hands. I thought water would rinse it off, but it didn't. It was gummy and took a bit of rubbing to get it off my fingers.The smell isn't bad. It smelled somewhat nice at first, but then smelled like another peel. It's not overpowering, though.I felt a cooling effect after I put it on which surprising and refreshing; however, it didn't last. As it dried it began to tighten and 1/2 an hour into it, the mask was so tight that speaking was difficult.I began loosening the edges from the top and worked my way around so that they were all started. It helps if you pull your skin taut while peeling it. I was able to remove the entire mask without tearing any of it, but it took a hot minute to do so. The pain was more than I expected, especially since I had no fuzz. After finally removing the entire mask, my face was stinging really bad and it was very red/irritated. In fact, it's been almost 45 minutes and I'm still stinging in several spots. The redness is still there, too.Setting aside the pain, the stings, and the redness... My face is extremely soft, but no more soft than if I used an exfoliating face wash.The dried mask didn't show any dirt or blackheads or any other imbedded yuck from my pores. It did remove all the dried skin from my face, though, including around my nose which always gets bad in the winter no matter how much I moisturize.My temples always have small bumps that texture the area. You can't see them, but I can feel them when I wash my face and do my skin care routine. And I have minimal rosasea on my cheekbones. Both my temples and cheekbones are super smooth. I'm curious to see if the mask causes any negative effects from either of those imperfections. As of right now, nothing major.Be very careful, especially if the skin under your eyes is thinner due to age. Try to avoid that area, too. I didn't and found it very difficult to remove the mask from that thinner skin. Not only is it extremely painful, but it stretches the skin even more.It did tighten my face. I could see quite a difference in the fine lines and wrinkles. That surprised me. And that's the reason I'm not returning it. I've tried masks before that claimed to tighten the skin but didn't. I know it's not a lasting affect, but it made enough difference that after I finished my routine, my face looks amazing without makeup. And I haven't looked in the mirror and been satisfied with a pre-makeup face in many years.Along with this product, I bought the hyaluronic acid serum and the collagen serum by the same company. Mid-review, I applied them,too asking with my moisturizer. They all seem to work beautiful together. I plan to add this mask to my skin care routine every other day (if I can stand the pain of removing it). Maybe then some of my deeper wrinkles will start to diminish like the finer ones.

Applying it even at a medium thickness is the best. If it's too thick it doesn't work very well. Same if its too thin. It does hurt to take off but I do think it works wonders! My skin feels so smooth and I feel like after a few uses it will definitely start showing more results with my pores and skin all around.

I was looking for something that'd help with the toil that summertime gardening does to my FACE...I swear I get as much dirt in my facial pores as I do under my nails. This mask IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST.....in the sense I felt it sucking out each pore (*and attached hair for a slight microdermabrasion effect!) and it's deep oil & dirt. Works SUPER WELL - beyond all of my expectations - only minor drawback is the slight pain involved w ripping off the mask, but it works 100000% as intended. GREAT VALUE

It doesn't pull anything out but peach fuzz and only the finest of it. No pore extraction happening and the smell is awful but it does hurt to peel and I sado-masochistically enjoy that part.

What a great feeling before, during & afterwards!Easy to apply. However, you’ll need to apply with the silicone mask applicator (look like a fan brush, but straight up silicon spatula).Soothing and cooling feeling when during application. Remember to apply not too thick and thick enough to peel after dried.You’ll feel the tightness when it started to dry.It was a bit hard to peel, which, what I wanted. It pulled out the unnecessary things from your skin.It doesn’t work with my black heads, tho.Easy to wash for the left overs.My skin felt very clean and fresh afterwards.Don’t forget to top off with your fave serum and moisturizer.

I purchased this product not doing my homework, shame on me!! This mask was VERY PAINFUL to take off!!! I had watched 4 different YouTube videos on how to properly apply it since the directions were in Korean if I'm not mistaken, everyone I watched peel this mask off was either swearing or crying, I felt their pain shortly after. Not only did it feel like it was ripping the top layer of my skin off my face, I was left with a red face for 2 days, then to top that all off it did absolutely nothing that it said it would do, which I bought this to help with blackheads. If you have a high tolerance for pain just bc you like it then this is the mask for you. If u want to also keep your baby hairs or eyebrows keep this mask away from any little hairs on your face, they will not be there once your done. I would give this a 0 star if that option was available.

It’s very cute! And it makes my skin feel soft afterwards. But it doesn’t peel off. I have to use a wet hot towel to get it to come off
