Zoetis Animal Health Dectomax Pour On Gun

This is the only drench gun that I've ever bought that doesn't leak and I've been through several guns! Definitely worth the buy, especially when you are drenching hundred of cattle.

Set it is easy

This gun looked ideal and we purchased it to drench a small herd of 10 cattle.We also purchased separately a 1 Liter bottle of Dectomax (Doramectin), also from Zoetis (previously Pfizer before it was split off). a one liter bottle will give us over 2 cycles of drenching.When both arrived, we discovered that the gun is intended for larger bottle of 2.5 liters or more and did not have any connector for the smaller bottle.Furthermore, an attachment and pour spout IS INCLUDED with the 1 liter bottle so the gun is not required for small herds. We only used 40% of the 1 liter bottle.Overall, we like the Zoestis product, but we believe that their labeling and instructions could use a lot of work, especially since there are no clues about product storage temperatures etc. We finally found that by online reading.Spending $120 on a 1 liter bottle is significant and the functional container packaging feels cheap.

Worked as expected.

The handle broke the first time we used it. But my husband got it to work so we were able to go ahead and use it but he didn’t do anything out of the ordinary it just cracked? I’ll probably go ahead and try to return it but other than that it worked fine.

Bought this to help with giving my sick horse her dissolved pills in an easier way. Very difficult to use and never can get the last bit of liquid to dispense. Went back to using a large dosing syringe. Not worth the money IMO

Worked as should. Easy t use. Large dose for cows.
