Just as he should be.
Now I'm not saying that Raptor is an awesome character, but I am saying this is the best implementation of that character. Great articulation. Great pet, in General Ledger. Overall just a great figure, especially if you've be collecting so far. Pretty good value in it's price range. My only minor complaint is that the claws don't stay on that well.

This G.I. Joe Classified set is the crossover I didn’t know I needed—half military strategy, half "what if my pet bird had better fashion sense than me?" CHIP’s articulated wings are majestic, making him the Beyoncé of action figure pets, while Raptor looks ready to lecture me on fiscal responsibility before blowing something up. The seven accessories are hilariously over-the-top; I’m still trying to figure out if the tiny goggles are for the bird or the figure. If you’ve ever wanted a mix of battlefield intensity and avian sass, this is your moment.
