- Emanuel Steward worked with such greats as Thomas Hearns, Lennox Lewis, Oscar De La Hoya, Julio Cesar Chavez ,Evander Holyfield, Wladimir Klitschko and Vitali Klitschko. He helped Sugar Ray Leonard to Olympic Gold.
- He trained Wladimir Klitschko for 8 years. Andy Lee, Adonis Stevenson, Tony Harrison and many up and coming prospects were also under his wing at the relocated Kronk Gym.
- Emanuel Steward was the man behind the Kronk Gym and it's many world champions. The Detroit based manager and trainer guided some of the greatest boxers of the last 30 years to world championships and helped many regain lost championships. He transformed the KRONK Gym in Detroit, Michigan from a neighbourhood recreation centre into the most famous boxing gym in the world
- In the 80's Emanuel Steward was the only manager selected twice as Manager of the year by the Boxing Writers Association of America.In 1996 Emanuel Steward was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
