Spent ages looking for a replacement cover as old one was completely worn out. Found it confusing as not all manufacturers can decide which kindles are what generation some go by model some by year etc. Was on the point of giving up when read a review that stated it fitted a kindle of exact dimensions to mine. Thank you that person!!It protects well (mine often fall on floor when I fall asleep reading) and I was looking for good quality and not lightweight. The sleep/wake works perfectly. Very pleased and hope this one lasts 9 years too. Disappointed in how few covers have the handhold flap though.

Really pleased with this cover. Feels great and fits well. It looks super and and very expensive. Certainly good value for the money.

I like that once it's in the case it's a very secure fit. My previous case was so worn from daily use of many years that the kindle would slip out through the top. That won't happen as with this design the kindle slides in from the side and is secured with flaps and the edge of the case

I chose this for its glittery looks and beautiful colour. Delivery was very quick, and the flip casedoes look really smart and it does give very good protection for my Iphone 5.My only complaint is that because it is so well padded, the cut out section on the back for thecamera lens is actually too thick. You can take normal photographs without the flash, but whenthe flash is used the thickness of the case causes the flash to reflect back across the photographmaking it milky and faded. Such a shame as otherwise the case is really great and good value for money.

This cover is a fabulous purple and holds my kindle perfectly, I am still impressed that it actually turns it on/off when I open/close it as the button on my actual kindle was starting to play up!

This is a really affordable cover, I did hesitate at first with it not being the "official" Kindle cover, I wondered would it really do the job and too be honest it couldn't fit better.The sleep mode IS activated when the case is closed.The cover is very good quality and well worth considering if you're buying a kindle

This kindle cover is exactly the right size , I love the colour and its light to carry, and turns off when closed and on when open , it's just what I ordered thanks Amazon.
