This is a great skin product. The oil is completely clear, the spray gives a good amount and it spreads really well and easily. A little goes a long way. It leaves the skin feeling moist and refreshed with a coolness to it, if a little, very little, tackiness. I use it all over, including my face. It seems to help with heat-induced leg ache, which completely went after a few days. My legs have no dry skin and my face has fewer fine lines. I also use it on my husband and massage it in all over, especially his legs and feet. He loves the sensation and says his feet hurt less since we've been using it.The ingredients are listed as Magnesium Chloride Brine, which suggests it should taste rather salty, yet it actually has a sweet taste and a sensation on the tongue identical to Glycerine. Glycerine is widely used as a skin conditioner,so that is not a problem but it should be listed as an ingredient.The expiration date gives three years, which is excellent and it won't last that long in our house.Highly recommended.

I spray this on my feet before bed, and it really helps me settle down and fall asleep more easily. After testing for a few weeks I allowed my 6 year old to try a small spray too and the difference in his sleep is very noticeable.

Although I’ve take Magnesium supplements for a few years which I am happy with I was new to the spray version of Magnesium oil. I’ve tried it for a few weeks and can say it has relieved some tired feet after a long day walking or traveling and walking. I am not sure if it is the magnesium itself or the action of massaging the oil in which is helping but in any case it’s a positive!Easy to use and a good amount for the price.Recommended!

This product is for external use only, and it recommends spraying directly to the feet, though it doesn't state how many sprays. You can also add 2oz of this oil to your bath when bathing.This supplement is super easy to use. I use it daily by giving each foot a spray, and it doesn't have any smell, though it remains somewhat oily and doesn't tend to dry out thoroughly. I find it convenient; I don't have to worry about taking big magnesium chalky tablets, and it absorbs into the system quickly.Overall, I'm happy with this Magnesium supplement and would consider ordering it again.

A lot of people have said to me take magnesium tablets or a spray, sigh tried one. I have only used it for a few days and don’t really expect to see any results. I don’t even know what to expect to be honest however it is nice to apply like many other oils, although destructions are a little vague about which part of the feet to apply to and how much to apply. Also application elsewhere, use as a deodorant Et cetera And other intended purposes are not really explained. Wait and see if consistent application on my feet has any results but importantly, therapist me no side-effects and no unpleasant associated with this product

Brilliant supplement that arrived on time and in full. There was little taste/scent but the product came in attractive packaging.
