This is a very affordable and effective way to do suction cupping. You don't need any lubricant if the cup is staying stationary. This is a must have for athletes!

Didn't quite know what to expect but these little things are fantastic. Super easy to use, suction works well, and I've felt great using these. The default setting is a 20-minute timer, and all the settings are intuitive. I've mostly used them on my quads and on my shoulders -- great for driving or while working at the computer. Could cup basically anywhere though. I typically run high mileage so have been cupping all along my quads and calves for recovery. The marks on my legs typically fade after a few hours but the shoulders (thinner skin) can last a couple days. Not painful at all -- feels really good, especially with the heat. Nice product!
