Repellex20006 Count Animal Repellent, 300 Tablet, White

This is the second year that I am buyng this product because it really worked last year and I am going to use this year again as soon as the spring really arrives up here:)I live in WI and I bought Repellex because deer and rabbits were eating my hostas, lillies, daylillies, hydrangeas etc. After few days since I applied the tablets near to my plants all deer and rabbits stopped eating them!!!It is absorbed into the plant by simply planting a tablet next to a growing plant root system. The label says apply once every growing season. It says to apply one tablet for each foot of plant. I am very satisfied with its results because it doesn't smell bad like most of the products out there and it really works!

This product works well against rabbits, etc. My only issue was that the product was loose in the box, as the jar lid was broken on arrival.

when I opened the package the cap was off the container and all the tablets were loose in the package. I am concerned if i got my money's worth

I have used this for the past two years and it is SUCCESSFUL. Last fall I read that a pellet could be inserted at the root ball of all my flowers. So I had my husband make be small stakes which I used to mark the plants. This spring, I did not have to worry about the when to put it out. It was already done! Best of all the deer might nibble on a plant flower once but that is it! It is great stuff!

Last year it seemed to work so used it in all my gardens, careful to go by the recommended formula and would add an additional pellet or two just to be sure. Continued to use a spray on repellent for 10 days to give time for the repellex to be absorbed by the plant. Two months after applying repellex I went out to find most of my lilies, balloon flowers,and some hostas, etc. mowed down by the deer. Appears the deer have decide they love repellex. A bitter disappointment.

I LOVE Repellex. The reason for the 4 start is that the directions read that it lasts for a year. Ummmm nope. Our experience has been that 3 months at the most. It really depends on how wet it is, how much rain & how hot. That being said, we live in the woods, we have a herd of 8 or so that crosses every night across our front lawn. IF we keep up on the pellets & reinsert every 10 weeks or so, no problems at all. Is it expensive, yes it is. Does it work, for us, yes. It's the only product I use at this point on my large hostas, pussy willows & nine barks. Grateful for this product!

This is the first deer repellent that has actually worked.Wife has always had problem with deer eating her hostas.She added the tabs around her plants and within a couple weeks, no more problems.For the first week or two, until the tabs get absorbed, you should still spray also. Once into plant, no more being eaten by deer.Great stuff

The product is good but pricey. Unfortunately, just as another review had stated, most of the tablest were pulverized in the bottle. Do not know whether it was due to poor handling or the formulation, but I will not buy again without guarantee of good condition.
