Good once worn in, but they feel very tacky at first
I like these bands a lot, but the only issue I had with them was when first taking them out of the packaging they had this almost sticky feeling to them. It went away with a few uses so it's not really a problem - just something I noticed that made me wonder about the quality.Other than this, they have great flex and tension and it's been great using these for physio.

Versatile Resistance Bands for Effective Workouts at Home
As someone who has been trying to incorporate more home workouts into my routine, these resistance bands have been a game changer.First off, the quality of the bands is impressive. They feel sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence that they will last through many workouts. I appreciate the variety of resistance levels available, and I particularly love that these are beginner-friendly. As someone who's still building strength, I find them perfect for my current fitness level.Using these bands has really enhanced my workouts, especially for yoga and upper body exercises. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my arm and shoulder strength since I started incorporating them into my routine. They provide just the right amount of resistance without feeling overwhelming, allowing me to focus on my form and technique. One of the best parts is the convenience factor. These bands are lightweight and easy to store, so I can set up my workout space anywhere in the house. Whether I’m in the living room or outside on the patio, I can easily grab them and get started. Plus, they're great for physical therapy exercises as well; I’ve been using them to help with some rehab exercises after an injury, and they've been effective. The bands also come with a helpful guide for at-home workouts, which is fantastic for someone like me who sometimes struggles to find new routines. It includes a variety of exercises that keep my workouts fresh and engaging.Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add some resistance training to their fitness routine, whether you’re a beginner or just looking for some effective at-home workouts. These bands have truly exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to see how much more I can improve with them!

Simple To Use, 3 Levels Of Resistance, And Work Well.
You get 3 resistance bands that each have a different resistance level. The bands state that they are "non-latex", but some of the reviews have called them Latex. (I have a Latex allergy, and I had no issues with these bands), so they are most likely to be silicon based. The bands are long, around 4 foot each, and come with a bag to keep them in, and a handy booklet that has 8 exercises in it that you can do anywhere. The bands are great for anyone who wants to do some basic exercises or is doing some rehabilitation after surgery or just wants to be a bit fitter or improve strength and mobility. They would also be great for anyone who travels as you can take these on holiday or use them in a hotel room. They can also be used by almost anyone, of any age or ability level. These are far cheaper than any gym membership.

Fine for men or women
Well I’m delighted to have joined the cult of owning resistance bands! I should add that the reason I requested them is to recover from an injury, and resistance bands were recommended as part of my healing. These are also marketed as for women… but I picked the gender neutral colour of grey… which I suppose just makes them resistance bands regardless of gender? To make it fairly obvious at a glance, your light, medium and heavy hands come in ascending tones of grey to let you know which degree of resistance you’re about to pick up, along with a three circles like a traffic light system of dots. Medium and strong bands are actually quite similarly coloured compared to the lightest, which may cause a mixup issue. It turns out the borrowed resistance bands I’ve been using before are the lightest possible, and yet the most exhausting! This means I have a way to work up from the stage I’m at, so I’m glad I have two more stages of progress to go.The band come lightly dusted in chalk, but out of the packaging there’s a build up of static on them causing my arm hairs to stand on end. Thermoplastic elastomer means they don’t have the residing smell of latex afterwards on your hands, as well as being suitable for those with allergies.Ignore gendered labels and product listings for the same product. These are great for male or female and do the job they need to do just fine.

exactly what i wanted
Of course, they smell a bit like rubber, but I would be rather concerned if they didn't.I got these initially because I have a disability and I recently re-joined the gym. These help me immensely when it comes to upper body stretches that are hard to achieve with my nerve damage in one of my arms. These resistance bands allow for a safe way to stretch my arm before light upper body gym workouts. You can tie them to any gym equipment etc and slowly stretch limbs out or like pictured in the product photos. They're very versatile as there are plenty of way you can use them. They're very stretchy but still have that good pull to them. They're open resistance bands, so there are more ways to use them than you would be able to with closed/infinite resistance bands.
