It was perfect for our needs

These are good brackets but be aware they are only 3/8" thick. In the picture it is the middle one. The outside ones were a different brand that was 1/2" thick and more sturdy for my application. I bought this to reinforce the other two just in case. Overall does the job.

This is, without a doubt, a solid piece of hardware. It is built nicely. The weld joining the two pieces together is nice, clean, and the entire thing is finished nicely with the black paint. This is a serious bracket.

So, I got these floating shelf brackets for my Rc truck and car shelf project, and they're awesome! They're super easy to install, just screw them into the wall and slide the shelf on. They feel really sturdy and the steel is thick and nicely made, they have no problem holding up all my heavy Trucks and stuff without any problems. Plus, they give my shelves a clean, minimalist look since you can't see any bulky supports underneath which is the main reason I wanted these. Just screwed it to the stud on the inside of the wall put the sheet rock back up and had just the two shelves looking like they were part of the wall. Definitely worth it if you want to add some sleek storage or display shelves, to your space!
