What is the blanket made of?

Unlike most other weighted blankets, our hand-knit Cotton Nappers contain zero artificial fillers to make them heavy – only layers of high-quality GOTS-Certified organic cotton inside and out, which means that they’re ultra-breathable, noise-free, cooling and biodegradable too! We craft genuinely sustainable products (that look good on your couch, too!). Our Nappers also carry GOTS, OEKO-TEX 100, Fairtrade International, and FSC certifications.

This is my first time using a weighted blanket, how do i know which weight to buy?

Hi there 👋 We're so excited to hear that you're considering a weighted blanket! When choosing a weight, we recommend a weighted blanket that's around 10% of your body weight. If you're between weights, and this is your first time using a weighted blanket, we recommend you go with a lower weight category to get the optimal benefits of resting beneath weight (e.g. 170lb body weight is best suited to a 15lb Napper).

How do I know what weight to buy ?

When choosing a weight, we recommend a weighted blanket that's around 10% of your body weight. Here on Amazon, we have 8, 10, and 15lb weight options available, so if you’re in the 150lb range, best to go for a 15lb Napper. If you’re in between weight options, we recommend bumping up to a higher weight category to make sure you get the optimal health benefits of resting under weight – so if you’re in the 180lb range we recommend a 20lb Napper to get the best rest you can.
