This little speaker is milled from a solid block of aluminum and has a good clear sound. It also plays remarkably loud for something small enough to hold in the palm of your hand. For YouTube videos or other online narrative it is a big improvement in sound quality over the speakers built into an iPad or iPhone, etc. It also plays louder than the Oontz Angle that my wife uses for the same purpose. Of course anything this small is going to be bass shy, so I wouldn't recommend it as your sole source for serious music listening, but it is still enjoyable for an occasional tune. It also doesn't serve as a speakerphone. It runs for about 8 hours on one charge, makes a solid BT connection with my iPad, and is generally a pleasure to use as a portable external speaker for mobile devices. Recommended.

I purchased this little mini-speaker system after reading many positive reviews and hoped for the best. I was not disappointed. After receiving the Matrix Audio Qube2 Rechargeable Bluetooth speakers I charged them fully and tested them out. My expectations were to have a portable speaker that would produce a greater volume than the speakers on my lowly Iphone, Expectations were exceeded. The sound quality was excellent, though if you crank it to max volume there is some drop-out and distortion. The speakers come with a USB charging cord to plug into the computer, however if you are an IPhone owner, you can use the USB plug from the phone to plug it right into the wall. How convenient! This is a great product that I would purchase again. I would buy it even faster if they could put a bigger speaker in it for better volume.

I wanted a mini speaker but this was not as expected. The sound was tinny and my music would cut in and out. I returned this product.

Tinny sound to it, hard to get to switch on, short charging cord and input cord set. Longer battery life than I expected.

This little speaker has great sound and will be used when traveling.

Battery sucked for a while, died. Cannot get ANY response from vendor at all after two tries. Battery is not user replaceable.When it worked, sound was great.
