Samsung Metro 313 (SM-B313E, Gold)

In the era of smartphone, I wanted to buy a phone for my dad that has a tremendous battery life and easy to use. This phone is very sturdy as well.. Very rough and tough.. My dad dropped this phone twice on the floor and it is still solid without even a single scratch on it.. Battery last around 2-3 days.. The color of the phone is great and my dad loves it.. Great value for your money..

I have used it only for about 10 days. Based on that I give it a very positive rating. The design/appearance is very nice and cute, love it. The sound quality is above average, though not perfect. Battery back up is the most attractive thing. Even after 10 days, it is showing about 80% charge. This may be due to the low usage. A small and handy set, easy to carry around. The price is a bit higher than my expectation, but considering the positive factors, I don't think it is too high. Overall, it is a nice product. I am giving only 4 stars because I have used it only for a few days. After a few months of usage I may revise it.

The default ringtone with highest level of the volume sounds too low. I am missing many calls because of this low volume. Otherwise the phone is decent for normal usage. The parts are little weak. It fell once and the back cover broke. Nokia used to provide better build in this regard.

Very good phone for elders who don't want to join the smarphone race and need a simple usablr phone only for calling & messaging purpose. I bought it for my father. He liked it very much. While the screen is not as big but display is crisp and clear, no strain on eyes. Brightness level can also be adjusted. User interface is pretty simple and customizable. Battery back up is very good. It easily lasts whole day on a single full charge with heavy calling. Even young people who don't want to carry their big and bulky smartphone all the time can use this as a backup phone, just for calling and messaging purpose obviously. It's lightweight, very com0act and sturdy. It's the best basic mobile phone under ₹2000/-. Hope this helps.

Very good phone. The call quality and call volume are excellent. Someone written that there is no shortcut for torch light. However, pressing the UP navigation button continuously brings up the torch. The major con I found in this phone is the navigation keys are too small and cumbersome to operate, for elderly persons. Moreover, the phone design although looks good, it is more prone to slippery. Hence, I gave four stars.

If we keep aside brand name and go by product experienc, it is a junk product. I am writing now when I am compelled to throw this phone.Within few months, microphone got damaged. Could not afford to go by complex and lengthy warranty procedure. Got microphone replaced fromlocal market and it is working.Then started a peculiar problem. If we try to receive an incoming call, the first attempt to receive call actually rejects the call. Only next time it is ok. Operator side no issue.Now I am fed up and want to throw this bugging product. My previous experience with Samsung basic phone is it is not value for money. Lots of good cheaper options are there in feature phone segment.

It's a good product to buy and use at cheap cost. It's of very good quality and has all the features as the description.An overall very good product. Thank you
