I've been using the crampbuster for almost 20 years on my various bikes. This is the first alternative product that works better and happens to also be a much better value. This simply wraps around your bar and secures to itself with a buckle. No moving parts at all, just wrap, buckle, done. You can adjust the position after you get it secured to the grip. It is unobtrusive and does work well to reduce hand fatigue. If you have an older bike that has a stiffer throttle, it may not stay in place on its own. I used two zip ties with this on my FZ1 to keep it still and it works great.
