It works fine but after purchasing it to keep in my car, I am told NOT to keep it in the car because of the chance of fire from its battery! Buyers should be told upfront that it should not be kept in a car.

No need to pay the tow truck guy $$$$$
This is a Must Own because one day you will accidentally leave your headlights in the "on position", with your car parked for hours. This will lead to your car not starting, and you're scratching your head, wondering if something is wrong with the engine. You then have to call up your insurance company, wait an hour long for the tow truck to arrive, and then pay the guy $$$$$ for towing your car. This one single item, which is conveniently small to carry in your car, will save you from all of that headache. It keeps it's charge for about 2 months, you very rarely have to plug it back into your wall outlet. Very reliable product.

Working great
We bought this to have a portable jump start device and to charge our Samsung S8s. We went camping on the family camping trip and the batteries to start the generator failed. I used it to jump start the generator twice. I did have an issue that the jump start did not seem to work but cycled through the output settings again and it worked. It only took about 2 or 3 percent of the charge off the pack (I think the pack needs to be at 75% or higher to jump start) so it could be used several times. I also charged my cell phone and the pack was still above 90%. So far I am very happy with this device.

I only wish I’d bought this earlier!
I love Love LOVE! my FlyHi! Luckily, I haven’t had to jump a car yet since I got it, but when I was in an accident a few weeks ago, my FlyHi saved the day. I couldn’t leave the car running for charging, but the FlyHi kept my useless old phone battery running so I could talk repeatedly to insurance, the tow truck, etc... My phone would have died super quick without it. Instead I could keep my phone and iPad running smoothly in a critical time to have them!

Price and features are reasons to buy
While I haven't yet and hopefully won't need to use this peace of mind jump starter, its price and features make it worth considering. I pondered other units with higher amperage and less expensive ones with less features and settled on this one with 500cca ... which is better than the battery in my 2018 automobile. If I am ever faced with an unfortunate emergency requiring use of this device I will update my review.

Great looking and performing
Great looking and performing. Wife's co-worker needed boost and she pulled this item from the trunk and wowed everyone. Had to email the website for the item to all in attendance. Everyone wanted one and were amazed at the price and contents. Amazing price and product. Personally have two, one each for motorcycle and car,

Not a match for my laptops :(
Laptop connectors don’t fit my 11” Lenovo Idea pad :( nor my macbook laptop.Will probably return this back since I bought this specially to charge my laptops.

Exactly what I needed!
Does it work: yes! Right out of the box, it was 94% charged and I was able to jump my car.What comes in the package: a well organized carrying case with wall and cigarette charger. The unit itself. Jumper cables. Charting connectors for non Mac computers.Areas for improvement: the actual jumper cables are a little short and take a minute to determine how to get everything set up. It’s a little too big to fit in my glove box, but hides nicely under the front seats.
