My almost 13 year old granddaughter loves mothering these "reborn" type dolls. This one is larger than the other two she has. It's adorable- feels very "babylike".

We have a household with lots of little girls who love dolls and I have a collection as well. We have many Reborn dolls and the quality and looks vary wildly. Some are beautiful and carefully designed, others are really not at all. This is the second Aori doll we have ordered and they are far and away the most beautiful we have seen.This doll is so beautiful and gorgeously made with so much attention to detail. She looks realistic, but her face is adorable and doll like with an elfin quality, like a little fairy angel. Her face is absolutely adorable and her coloring is lovely. She has lots of beautifully rooted, soft, gleaming hair that can be combed and styled. Her outfit is soft pink corduroy and has a little bunny hood. It enhances her coloring, and is fits her well. It is easy to take off and put on.This doll is posable with arms and legs that can be moved into many positions which makes her so much more fun to play with (often these dolls have posable arms, but the legs and hips are stiff and bent and they have to sort of be propped up- not so here). She can be placed in any position a real baby could be and it is easy to put her in a little high chair, crib, stroller, etc. Her body is cloth and she is a really nice weight for holding and cuddling. Her fingers and toes are beautifully detailed and she comes with a bottle and pacifier.She is absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend her as a gift for a little girl to love and treasure or for a collector.

I have several Aori reborn dolls, along with a few other brands. I have a “toy closet” stocked with all sorts of things for our grandkids. These are “stay at Gran’s house toys.” Or at least until recently when I let the three youngest pick out something to take home and return it the next visit. All three picked an Aori baby doll to take home. According to my daughter-in-law they have been playing with them nonstop for more than a week.This newest addition, Lily is going to make them squeal! Lily is absolutely stunning and her bunny outfit makes her even more special. I’m almost afraid to bring her out for the kids to see because I anticipate some arguing over who gets to hold her first.The doll was careful packaged to protect her. You can’t go wrong with this one. Very pleased.Small update - when I took the doll completely out of all of the packaging and wrapping I noticed two small purplish stains on the legs of her rabbit romper. There was nothing obvious in the box that could have caused the stain and no one had taken her out to play with yet. If she was to be a gift I probably would return her — but she’s just for my toy closet for the grandkids to play with - where she will undoubtedly soon run into sticky hands and other forms of dirt that come from having visits with the grands.
