Excellent product, apart from the fact i was delivered wrong shade, actually i odered white, i got black, rest everything is perfectly alright, but i accepted the black as well.i had been using USHA DRY IRON since a long time that is 1992 and the best part is i had been using the same IRON since then, so you could observe that quality is excellent of the products of USHA, i never got it repaired. The reason i wished to purchase a new IRON was that all the markings and temperature control had faded away in my previous iron though it is still workung fine even today. This made me to purchase a new IRON, so I went for the same brand.

Not working after a week.
Stoped working after a week and USHA customer service people not responding. Simply throwing it in destbin. Very unhappy with the product.
